Responsibilities

• Lead our tech team and lay foundations for our product and platform
• Build a team from the ground up and develop best practices and solve problems to delight our customers
• Be an active part of your development team and work on our frontend (JavaScript / Vue.js) and backend (Golang)
• Shape and scale our software, server and processes and take full responsibility for our infrastructure
• Direct partner of our CTO

Qualifications

• Enjoys all aspects of building a product from scratch
• First experience as a team lead or at least 3-5 years of experience as a senior software developer or architect (JavaScript / Golang is not a must)
• Good understanding of running and scaling MySQL
• Knowledge about DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and maintaining our servers on Linux (Debian)
• Strong focus on quality and execution
• Passion for coding and deep understanding of technology
• Highly motivated and willing to learn
• Organized, solution focused and self-sufficient
